Haulinks is operated by Rotem Shamir, registered in Israel as a sole proprietor (עוסק פטור). These Terms have two parts, because Haulinks has two kinds of user with different relationships to the product:
Haulinks shows you products a creator has posted about, and links you through to the brand's or retailer's own site to buy them. Haulinks is never the seller. We don't process payment, hold inventory, ship anything, or take on any of the obligations a merchant has to you.
You don't need an account to use a storefront. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect when you click a link (short version: a salted, non-reversible hash of your IP and browser — not your identity).
Creators add product listings themselves, often by pasting a link to the brand's own page. Haulinks does not verify prices, availability, or accuracy of product information — that data comes from the creator or from the brand's page at the time it was added, and may be out of date by the time you click. Promo codes shown on a storefront are the creator's own — Haulinks doesn't negotiate, issue, or guarantee them, and we aren't responsible if a code doesn't work.
When you follow a link and buy something, your contract is with that brand/retailer, under their terms, their return policy, and their customer service. Haulinks is not a party to that transaction and cannot process refunds, returns, or disputes about the product itself.
Clicking a product link on a storefront routes through a Haulinks redirect so we can measure it for attribution, then sends you on to the brand's site. This adds a brief hop, not a purchase relationship with Haulinks — see our Privacy Policy §7–8 for detail.
Interfere with the service (scraping at scale, bot traffic against click links, attempting to reverse the salted hashes, abusing the redirect infrastructure).
The service is provided “as is.” Haulinks isn't liable for the accuracy of product information, the outcome of a purchase on a brand's site, or downtime.
We may update these terms; continued use after a posted change means you accept it. For material changes, we'll post a notice on the homepage, not just update the date quietly.
Haulinks is currently free and invite-only. During this phase, Haulinks may accept, decline, or revoke storefront access at its own discretion — there's no guaranteed right to an account yet.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. One creator, one account — don't share credentials.
By adding a product, writing a post, or importing content from Instagram, you confirm you have the right to post it, and you grant Haulinks a license to host, display, and reformat it on your storefront (and, where relevant, in Haulinks' own marketing of the platform). You keep ownership of your own content — this is a license to show it, not a transfer.
If you import a post from Instagram, Haulinks copies its caption, media, and timestamp into Haulinks' own storage (see our Privacy Policy §2) so it keeps working independent of Instagram's own link expiry — this only happens for posts you actively choose to import.
Any promo code you display is your own arrangement, not one Haulinks issues, negotiates, or guarantees on your behalf. You're responsible for its validity and for honoring whatever it promises.
Haulinks has built (but not activated) infrastructure for a brand to confirm sales and reconcile them with us. As of these terms, no real brand uses it — every product you add comes from a URL you provide, with no brand cooperation or contract behind it. If and when real brand relationships go live, this section and the Privacy Policy will both be updated, and updated terms will apply to that feature specifically — not retroactively assumed here.
If you connect your Instagram account, you grant Haulinks permission scoped to reading your own posts only (instagram_business_basic) so you can import them. Haulinks never requests, and cannot use, permission to publish anything to Instagram on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time from your storefront settings; disconnecting stops future access but doesn't retroactively remove content you already imported (delete that separately, or delete your account per B8).
Today: Haulinks is free. No subscription, no fee to run a storefront.
Haulinks may in the future introduce a paid subscription plan for running a storefront — pricing and timing aren't decided yet. If introduced:
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data (see our Privacy Policy §5). Deletion is a full, genuine delete — your profile, posts, Instagram tokens, and every product you added are removed. The one exception is narrow and technical, not a retention choice: if a product you added is also linked to by another creator's own post or promo code, that other creator's storefront content would otherwise break the moment your product disappears — through no action of theirs. In that specific case only, the shared product row stays so their storefront keeps working, with your authorship link to it removed so nothing about it is traceable back to you. If no other creator's content depends on it, it's deleted completely along with everything else.
Haulinks may suspend or terminate a storefront for violating these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. Where practical, you'll get notice and a chance to respond first; egregious cases (fraud, security threats) may be immediate.
Haulinks owns the Haulinks platform, name, and branding. You own your own content, subject to the license you grant in B3.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Haulinks' liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid Haulinks in the past 12 months, or a nominal amount if you've never paid anything.
You agree to indemnify Haulinks against claims arising from content you post, promo codes you display, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Haulinks regarding the service, superseding any prior agreements. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without Haulinks' consent; Haulinks may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We'll post updates here with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes — especially anything affecting fees — we'll give advance notice, not just a silent update.
